Public offer (terms of service)

This document (the “Offer”) is a formal proposal by Индивидуальный предприниматель Романов Денис Андреевич (INN 526109510984, OGRNIP 324527500141902), hereinafter the “Provider”, to enter into a user agreement for the use of the Tarotari service (the “Service”) with any fully capable individual (the “User”).

Under article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document constitutes a public offer. Using the Service, registering with it, or paying for the Provider's services constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

The Service gives the User access to interactive tarot spreads, natal chart calculations and their interpretation by artificial intelligence. The services are provided for information and entertainment only.

Basic features of the Service may be provided free of charge in a limited scope. Extended functionality — detailed interpretations, premium spreads and personal AI consultations — is provided for a fee at the prices published within the Service.

The User formulates their own request (question). The Service processes it automatically using language models and calculation algorithms.

The Provider may change the functionality or interface of the Service, and add or remove services, at any time and without prior notice to the User.

The price of paid services (plans, reading packs, subscriptions) is set by the Provider and shown in the Service's interface.

Payment is made by the User in Russian roubles on a 100% prepayment basis through the integrated payment systems.

A service is deemed fully rendered, and of proper quality, at the moment the User is given access to the digital content (the generated interpretation or the result of a calculation).

Because the subject of this Offer is access to digital content and automated calculations generated instantly on the User's request, no refund is made for services already rendered (spreads generated, access granted), in line with consumer protection law as it applies to digital content.

In exceptional cases involving demonstrated technical failure on the Provider's side — where the service was not in fact delivered, or the result did not appear because of a server error — the Provider will, on the User's application, either credit bonus readings to the balance or refund the amount paid.

Applications for a refund or compensation are accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the problem arising, at support@arcanaplus.com. Applications are reviewed within 10 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: the Service is provided for entertainment. Nothing obtained through the Service may be treated as medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other professional advice.

The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, moral damage or lost profit incurred by the User or by third parties as a result of using, or being unable to use, the Service, or of decisions the User makes on the basis of information from it.

The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service, the absence of errors in the AI's output (including so-called hallucinations), or that results will match the User's expectations.

The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over. By accepting this Offer the User confirms they are of age.

Exclusive rights to the Service's software, design, texts, logos and algorithms belong to the Provider.

The interpretations generated by the Service at the User's request are provided to the User under a non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use.

This Offer remains in force until withdrawn by the Provider. The Provider may amend its terms unilaterally at any time; a new version takes effect once published.

Any disputes are settled through negotiation (a pre-litigation claim is mandatory, with 30 days to respond). Failing agreement, a dispute is referred to the court at the Provider's location.

If a court finds any provision of this Offer invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
