Consent to data processing

Under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”

1. The consent

By accepting this agreement and leaving their data on tarotari.com (or another domain of the Tarotari service), the User (the data subject) gives Индивидуальный предприниматель Романов Денис Андреевич (INN 526109510984, OGRNIP 324527500141902), hereinafter the “Operator”, their specific, informed and conscious consent to the processing of their personal data.

The User warrants that the data they have provided is accurate and that they are acting of their own will and in their own interest.

2. Data processed

Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data, none of which is special-category or biometric:

  • E-mail address;
  • Name (or a pseudonym);
  • Date, time and place (city) of birth, for astrological calculations;
  • Usage data (IP address, browser type, operating system, cookies, referrer, device geolocation, session and click history).
  • Text entered by the User into the Service's forms (questions for tarot readings).

3. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Registering and identifying the User on the platform;
  • Providing the User with personalised services (generating readings and natal charts);
  • Communicating with the User, including sending notifications and requests;
  • Targeting advertising material and improving the quality of the Service.

4. Operations performed on the data

The following operations will be performed on the personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating and amendment, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction.

Processing is carried out by automated means.

5. Duration and withdrawal of consent

This consent is given indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and may be withdrawn by the User at any time by sending a written request to the Operator at support@arcanaplus.com.

Where the data subject withdraws consent, the Operator may continue processing the personal data without that consent on the grounds set out in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
