How does payment work?
Is it safe?
Yes. Payment goes through Telegram (Telegram Stars) or by bank card through a secure payment gateway. Card details are never stored on our servers and are transmitted encrypted.
How does the PRO subscription work?
PRO is a subscription for the term you choose: a month or a year. Access opens the moment you pay and runs to the last day of the term. It doesn't renew by itself — we remind you three days before it ends and you renew by hand.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund within 14 days of taking out a subscription, provided you haven't done a single reading under the PRO plan. The details are on the refund policy.
