Privacy policy

ТИЗ Елховка - Бульвар Лесной, д. 28, hereinafter the “Operator”) may obtain about the User while they use the Tarotari service (the “Service”), located at tarotari.com or another domain of the Service.

Using the Service constitutes the User's unconditional agreement with this Policy and with the conditions of processing of their personal data set out in it. A User who does not agree with these conditions should refrain from using the Service.

For the purposes of this Policy, “the User's personal data” means:

• Information the User provides about themselves when registering (creating an account) or while using the Service, including: name, e-mail address, and the date, time and place of birth (needed to calculate astrological charts).
• Data transmitted to the Service automatically during use by software installed on the User's device, including the IP address, cookie data, browser information and technical characteristics of the hardware and software.
• Other information about the User (for example, the history of readings and the text of questions put to the AI model) whose processing is necessary for the Service to work.

The Operator collects and stores only the personal data necessary to provide the Service and to perform its agreements with the User, except where law requires personal information to be retained for a set period.

The Operator processes the User's personal information for the following purposes:

• Identifying a party within the Service and its agreements.
• Providing the User with personalised services (generating tarot spreads, calculating natal charts).
• Contacting the User, including notifications, requests and information relating to use of the Service, and handling the User's own requests.
• Improving the quality and usability of the Service and developing new services.
• Targeting advertising material.
• Statistical and other research on anonymised data.

The User's personal information is kept confidential, except where the User voluntarily makes information about themselves publicly available.

The Operator may transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

• The User has consented to it.
• The transfer is necessary for the User to use particular functionality of the Service (for example, sending the text of a question over an API to a third-party AI provider — personally identifying data is not transmitted).
• The transfer is required by Russian or other applicable law under an established legal procedure (for example, at the request of law enforcement).

In processing Users' personal data the Operator is governed by Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006.

Cookies exchanged between the Operator's equipment and the User's may be used by the Operator to provide personalised features of the Service, to target advertising, and to improve the Service.

The User may configure their browser to refuse all cookies or to notify them when cookies are sent. In that case some features of the Service may not work correctly.

The User may at any time change, update or supplement the personal information they have provided, from their account.

The User may also delete the personal information provided under a particular account using the “Delete account” function in the settings, or by sending a request to the Operator at support@arcanaplus.com.

The Operator takes the organisational and technical measures necessary and sufficient to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying or distribution, and from other unlawful acts of third parties.

The Operator may amend this privacy policy. When it does, the current version shows the date it was last updated. A new version takes effect once published, unless the new version provides otherwise.
